I imagine a new brand name to be used in conversations between friends to mark a social change moment, when friends are creating instead of consuming; also creating slowly instead of rushing to burnout:

☑️ I discovered a new brand name "ogiziu" which in lithuanian is in fact a sentence "ogi, žiū" that means a surprise moment, a micro observation moment when creative thought enters the mind, such micro moments make a life easier

• one about how easy it is to update a website with Elementor

☑️ I realised that: I want to have a structure for background colors and outfit colours before I record. Background for each lesson should match a mood and a stage in a Customer Journey.

☑️ After thinking on my own, discussing domain name ideas with Mindey and Malu, I decided to use "2kokono.com" in english as a primary domain, which allows to clearly differentiate target audiences and offerings: 2kokono.com is for self-realisation services and kokono.ie is for business services

☑️ Discussing the plan for 2022 with Malu

☑️ Followers tribe name "Sensors" as sensing creatives

☑️ Created our new Telegram channel "Sensors" for lifelogging our ideation about this content development milestone

Updated a website with new texts and images, and 4 learning challenges based on a discussion with Malu beforehand.

The idea is to showcase the main learning experience on the website and later on to test this with potential students. The main question is: What process would students go through to learn creative problem solving?

Creativity Process for our students to experience:

• Loving Systems challenge: a habit forming learning experience to learn "no judgment" and increase a sense of a peace of mind as a foundation (soil) for creativity

• Pausing Systems challenge: a habit forming learning experience to learn "observation" and remove inner blockers (weeds) that prevent creativity

• Tiny Move challenge: a habit forming learning experience to learn "prototyping" and complete small works in focused flow states over a long period of time

• Symbiotic Creativity challenge: a habit forming learning experience to learn "co-creation" and to allow one's ideas to merge with another person's ideas, so that a whole that's bigger than its parts is created

In the call we discussed:

• Realised a need to prototype a whole dream (learning space) instead of one course only

• Discussed an idea of KOKONO integrating with 0oo for potential online space for project-based learning

• Mapped the needs of potential students in Argentina: "people need to learn to create solo first, and later on to collaborate", "people need to feel cared for in a beautiful space", "people need to unlearn their bias before they learn something new"

• Mapped the key questions of "Where are the changemakers and wannabe entrepreneurs?", "How can people quit a job and get money elsewhere?", "Where do people go to learn to create passion projects and to find creative partners?", "How to teach reflection and to problem solve?"

• Mapped the steps we both want to teach: "Learn to live with less", "Explore your story and discover your purpose", "create something out of nothing", "encouraging people to reflect", "create your own ecosystem as a professional network"

• Made 2 early stage prototypes of landing pages on Miro

• Realised that Instinto Creador is more interested to be a creativity learning space starting with the body first

• Realised that KOKONO is more interested to be a creativity learning space starting with the mind and projects first

• Merging happened! Instinto Creador and KOKONO come up with a blended process where people would learn all - Body, Mind connection as a springboard for creativity on this planet Earth

• Came up with an early stage process for learning creativity based on 4 learning challenges and sketched that on paper - Loving Systems, Pausing Systems, Prototyping, Co-Creation - that would feel like playing a game Mario Bro :)

Imagined how incubator would work and what assumptions we need to test to build in the core value
